Gangguan Servis CIMB Cuti Tahun Baru Cina 2014


Harap semua pengguna CIMB Bank dah tahu pasal gangguan servis yang agak besar dan lama sepanjang cuti Tahun Baru Cina CNY 2014 nanti. Dari 31 Jan – 3 Februari! Kalau yang selalu guna CIMB Clicks mesti perasan alert ni. So here I share notis dari Facebook CIMB untuk remind all and myself jugak.

Please be advised that all our banking services with the exception of credit cards will be temporarily unavailable from 11.45 pm, Friday, 31 January 2014 to 6.00 am, Monday, 3 February 2014.

 Following the upgrade, effective Monday, 3 February 2014, all existing CIMB Malaysia Deposits and Loans/Financing accounts will be assigned new account numbers. Your new account number will be made available to you from 3 February 2014 onwards. Just visit our branches, log in to CIMB Clicks or call our customer care hotline at 1300 880 900.

Summary: 

  • Banyak servis normal, especially ATM/CDM and CIMB Clicks not available. So siap2 la keluarkan duit hari ini!
  • Selain servis gangguan tersenarai, nombor akaun akan bertukar selepas 3 Februari.
  • Walau tak disebut pasal pengeluaran luar negara, tapi ada possibility ada masalah untuk keluarkan duit oversea (well, CIMB ni system tak boleh dijangka kan). So harap2 jangan la berharap untuk guna CIMB oversea time ni. Expect the worse.. Huhu..
